WARNINGS

Use under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian. The use of a blood glucose monitoring kit is recommended. Owners are advised to watch for signs of hypoglycemia. Use of this product, even at established doses, can be associated with hypoglycemia. An animal with signs of hypoglycemia should be treated immediately. Glucose should be given orally as dictated by clinical signs. Insulin should be temporarily withheld and, subsequently, the dosage should be adjusted, if indicated. Any change in insulin should be made cautiously and only under a veterinarian’s supervision.

Biotin:  Biotin (vitamin B7) helps support the body to convert food to energy and is important for the health of hair, skin, and nails.  Biotin-containing enzymes participate in important metabolic pathways, such as the production of glucose and fatty acids.
Methionine: Methionine is an amino acid.
Zinc:  Zinc is a nutrient that helps one stay healthy.  It supports the immune system, fights off bacteria, viruses and is also needed to make proteins and DNA, the genetic materials in all cells.  It supports healthy skin and coat.
